In reality people over 18 want it to be R and people below 18 want it to be PG-13. It will be PG-13 because 3/4 quarters of fnafs audience are under 18 and it wouldn't be a good marketing move to make it R. I think the Fnaf movie will suffer alot from PG-13 but their isn't much anyone can do really.
