Game of Thrones is a competitive card game that's closer to Magic the Gathering or Netrunner. There's lots of planning and intrigue, and the core box gives you decks from a few different houses (so there'll be some replayability). It's hard to say whether it's worth it though, since it's a completely different game. 6. level 2.
First thing first: 7 gold is a lot, no doubt, but it's less in Lannister than in any other House. They can afford it. And I wouldn't underestimate the board presence of a 10 STR character with that ability, even as a mono-con (and with 10 STR, I might consider some icon addition).
