For me it would be a tough choice. But from my impressions, Fethiye is bigger and requires more time than Bodrum, which is more compact. So if you want to spend all 5 days outside Istanbul, I'd say +1 to Fethiye. But you might probable make even a day- or 2-days trip to Bodrum from there, it's not that much far away.In Bodrum there is a
Antalya is a great place too but nothing like Bodrum. You found history, great beaches, night life..in Bodrum. There are many beautiful beaches near by Bodrum and transportation is very easy and cheap. You may want to find a hotel at Bardakci (little bay looking at Bodrum castle). you can take a boat or short taxi drive to go down to Bodrum town.
The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive in Ankara is how green it is compared to Istanbul. Lush trees line the streets, and parks (where you can actually take a quiet walk) do exist. Unlike Istanbul, the focus on real estate is not as drastic and the natural world has been allowed to flourish. Ankara is a residential and political city

If you have time before or after the cruise lots to see and do around Fethiye, steeped in History also good diving in the area.

There was a time when Uber wasn’t available in Türkiye. After the popular app was introduced in Turkey, it began to make an unexpected impact on the local taxi business. This led to the local taxi associations (Turkey’s United Taxi Drivers Association) collaborating to ban Uber from Türkiye. A court in Istanbul overturned the ban in 2021.
